The company was formally founded in April 2014.[2] In 2018, Valens essentially sold its Supra THC Services' Canadian dealer's license to RotoGro International Ltd. while retaining the laboratory and other assets (including Supra's license for Cannabis testing), which afterwards became Valens Labs Ltd.[3]
