History
The company (headquarters) was formally founded in Nevada in October 2014.[1]
In May 2022, EVIO reiterated that it was exiting the Cannabis laboratory testing business: "As previously disclosed, EVIO's Board of Directors envisions a different future for EVIO Inc. divesting itself of United States based cannabis assets is a major component of the plan. While we believe in the importance of testing cannabis from a consumer safety perspective, the costs to operate and maintain these laboratories continued to far exceed the economic benefit to stakeholders."[2] As of July 2022, the EVIO website only indicates laboratory testing for mining and consumer safety testing.
In the past, the company had a sharing agreement with PhytaTech CO, LLC in Colorado.[3] and an ownership stake in Keystone Labs, Inc. in Canada.[4]
Locations
With the sale of many of its assets and company website redesign, it's not clear what laboratory locations remain open.
