History
The company was formally founded in September 2018.[3] In May 2021, parent Delic Holdings, Inc. announced that it acquired licensed cannabis testing lab Complex Biotech Discovery Ventures Ltd. (CBDV) and absorb it into its "Delic Labs" structure.[4] The testing license of CBDV is presumably the same that Delic Labs is using.
