The company was formally founded in North Dakota in March 2019.[1] The Dickinson Press in October 2021 casually indicated that Adams Independent Testing, LLC was testing medical marijuana for the state.[2] No public listing of approved labs is available on the state medical marijuana site, so this can't be verified.
